• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology
• Familiar with Power Pro Hotel Systems
• Strong and fast problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work shifts or be on call
• Able to work under pressure
